When you book a business meeting at Tranekær Castle, you will enjoy so much more than just a state of the art conference room as a setting for decision-making. You are not merely delegates, but also guests of the Count and Countess at a Castle, that is steeped in history, boasting impressive nature and scenery, and not least an exceedingly high service level. We only take one booking at a time, so you will have the entire Castle at your exclusive disposal.

All business conferences include overnight accommodation in one of our beautifully restored suites in the Castle. Following on from a meticulously prepared dinner served for you at the 13 meter long dining table in the banquet hall, a good night’s rest is the perfect end to a productive day.

BUSINESS PACKAGES

Choose between a one-day and one-and-a-half day meeting for groups from 8 to 30 participants, with overnight stays in the main building. The castle has 14 double rooms, with additional rooms in adjacent buildings. Our conference rooms have modern facilities including AV, flipcharts, whiteboard and Wi-Fi, and our guests will be spoiled with gourmet food made from local produce.

INSPIRING INTERVALS

In between meetings why not take some fresh air. We have several outdoor opportunities right on our doorstep, anything from a walk through our divine gardens, admiring the impressive view from the main terrace, or throw yourselves at some more invigorating activities on offer in the area, such as shoots, sailing, riding, golf or anything else you can imagine. And we can easily accommodate anyone landing in a helicopter.

CULINARY EXPERIENCES

Fine dining is a trademark of Tranekær, and something of which we are very proud. Every dish is prepared with the finest fresh local produce, and created by our chef Christian Pichardt, who conjures up anything from a three course game themed menu, to delicious lunch specialties for business meetings, or a classic stew for pheasant shoots.

Enjoy a variety of exquisite tasting dishes served with fine wines in sumptuous living rooms of the castle, from where there are the most stunning views. The food at Tranekær is produced in harmony with the venue and surrounding land and sea.

FAIRYTALE SUITES

As an overnight guest at Tranekær Castle the most enchanting bedrooms await you, Our 14 suites have been refurbished to the highest standards and are comfortable and elegant. All suites are unique and have been occupied by many prominent personalities. If there are more than 14 people in your party, 14 additional bedrooms are available elsewhere on the estate.

FREE PARKING AND HELIPAD

There is plenty of free and convenient parking at Tranekær Castle. If you arrive by helicopter it can land and be parked on our helipad, which is located within walking distance of the Castle. Please contact us if you wish to make use of the helipad or require any further information.

FAMILY MONOGRAM AND CREST

It is rare to encounter historical logos with a legacy that goes as far back as that of Tranekær Castle. The Crest originates from 1672, where the county Ahlefeldt was established. The Crest contains several animals and symbols, such as the brave lions, the proud eagle, the chivalrous white dog and the calm, strong elephant. The Monogram has been modernized and the crown naturally has nine count antlers (?).
